Pilates is a training method for the whole body. It balances and strengthens the muscles, and extends and straightens the spine. Special attention is given to the center of the body, called the “Powerhouse,” which is very important for our overall movement.

Pilates exercises are performed very precisely. The program is very varied and challenges both the body and the mind. Other important aspects of a Pilates workout include focusing on the flow of movement, breathing, and changing old body patterns. Together, these make a Pilates workout unique.
